2005 Chrysler Town and Country code PO499 and PO301

I have mil cyl # 1 misfire and NVLD canister vent valve soleniod circuit indicating high voltage. How do I go about correcting the problems, and can either of the malf. Cause problems across systems wich lead to the service engine light to illuminate?

The egr valve should be replaced that will most likely stop the misfire and if it doesn't then I would change the spark plugs and wires

If spark checked OK and wire too
TSB ( PCM need to flashed )
check with the dealer for that services as it maybe still under warranty

P0499 comes up as a EGR valve malfuntion in my chrysler manuals that is why I am saying the egr valve needs replacing
