Can the serpentine belt be replaced on a 2005 T&C as easily as other cars? (Jack up car, remove wheel, remove inner fender, depress idler pully, remove belt, reverse process?

Not sure why you want to remove a wheel and inner fender unless you're accustomed to working on GM cars. There is a plastic splash shield you can take off if you want to replace the belt from below. If you have memorized how the belt goes around each pulley, you can reach around that shield without removing it.
