how do i remove my radio and the face panel to exchange my stereo ?

Open cup holder under the stereo.
Pry off small panel just above the cup holder which is the same color as dash. (careful not to break, a little force is needed though so don't be too afraid to pull on it)
Remove the screws that were exposed.
Gently pull panel from the dash from the place where you just removed the screws.
As you pull the panel out, you will release a bunch of clips. Move the panel off to the side.
Now you should see the screws holding in the stereo. Unscrew them and radio should come out.
