The jumper cables were hoked up backwards on the Sebring. After some smoke and the realization there was a problem, the problem was corrected and the car was successfully started. Now the radio, nav system, power locks, trunk release button, auto dimming rear view mirror, and interior lights do not work. Any ideas?

Check all fuses in the Power Distribution Center. You have a few fuses blown. My computer is taking too long too load up the wiring diagram, but I do know one of them is Fuse #11 H 20Amp.

All of the fuses are good. I checked them visually and with my voltmeter. I checked all the fuses in the PDC and all the interior fuses. Still no results.
