I have just started hearind a grinding noise similar to when your break pads wear out and are hitting the rotors metal to metal. I looked at the brakes and rotors. There is nothing wrong there. I hear the noise when I put on the brakes and to a lesser extent while driving or turning a corner. I am thinking maybe CV joints. Is that a possibility?

Thanks

no. probably a brake issue. did you remove all 4 wheels and inspect? you might just find one bad brake pad causing the noise or there could be something stuck in the brake pad, or a backing plate may be hitting the rotor. hope this helps
