I just bought a Chrysler Pacifica (2004) with AWD. After having a clunking noise in the front drive train fixed my shifter knob button no longer releases like normal. It doesn't release in reverse or neutral and sometimes doesn't release in drive. I'm afraid that something could hit the shifter and change gears on me while I'm driving.
Any idea why this would be?
