MY TRANSMISSION IS NOT SHIFTING AT DIFFERENT TIMES. WHEN THIS HAPPENS I PARK THE CAR AND TURN OFF THE ENGINE. I THEN I WAIT FOR A FEW MINUTES RESTART MY CAR AND THEN IT SHIFTS FINE. MY TRANSMISSION SLIPS WHEN I COME TO A STOP SIGN, IT THEN JERKS BACK INTO GEAR. PLEASE TELL ME WHAT TO DO. :!:
THIS HAPPENS WHEN I'M DRIVING DOWN THE ROAD TOO.

Has any other fluid besides Chrysler's ATF + 4 been added to the transmission?

How old is the filter?

How old is the fluid?

How full is the fluid? Check it according to indicator instructions.

What does the fluid look and smell like, Pink and sweet or Burn't and stinky?
