The cam or crank sensor has failed either completely or intermittantly. The wiring, connectors, or PCM could be bad or the timing belt is bad or jumped. It depends on the engine. You'll need a DRBIII to properly diagnose and repair it. And you'll need it to reset the PCM when finished. Sorry but thats the way it is done. Or guess a part and try that. I wouldn't, it's expensive and unprofessional. Ok Sorry
