the coolings fans will not turn on by themself. already replaced the cooling fan control module, have power where there is power needed. i can get the fans to turn on by removing one of the relays for 10 seconds and putting back in but the fans will not turn off or on unless you do that.

Are you saying, you replaced the PCM? Before you replaced it, were there any troublecodes?

The PCM uses information from the CTS to know when to turn on the fans.

By unplugging and plugging the relay, it may be allowing the PCM to reset either that or the relay.
