I have a 1995 new yorker and the fan doesn't turn on. I checked relay and fuses everything is ok. No heat in car and overheats.

Are you talking about the radiator fan/s? Did you check for voltage at the fuse/s? Are there any troublecodes? The PCM grounds the coil side of the relays to energize them. Did you try jumping the relay to see if the fan would turn on? The computer may use the signal from the cts, to know when to turn the fan on.

If your talking about the blower-motor for the heater, we can try something else.
