Ok about 2 weeks ago I noticed my brake pedal would travel further than usual before it started to stop. Then I noticed every once in a while I would have a normal pedal but it didnt last. Sometimes the pressure in the pedal would be there and I didnt have to push down far for the brakes to engage and then sometimes the pedal would go down about 1/2 way b efore I started to stop. Today I started the car up and steped on the brake and it went straight to the floor. If I pump the brakes I will get very lil pressure. There are no leaks and the Master cylinder is full.

What would be the problem?

It sounds like you need to replace the master cylender. Chances are one of the o-rings inside is bad and the fluid is bypassing it.

Try that and let me know if it helps.
