Engine Mechanical problem
1996 Chrysler LHS 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic

Hi my car has been fine until I went to start it this morning. The temp was around 30 degrees or so kind of chilly. So I turned it over and it turned over fine but did not start so I tried several times and got nowhere. I waited a few hours and tried again with no success. I then checked for spark and it had spark. Then i turned the key on and listened for the fuel pump, it came on and went off like normal. So now I am a bit confused, it could be the pressure regulator, but I am not sure and I hate buying the wrong parts what would you suggest. I do not have a fuel pressure tester.

Hi:
If you have spark, then there has to be a fuel problem. You will need to have the fuel pressure and volume checked to know if it's the pump or regulator.
