1988 Chrysler Le Baron car will not start, does not click o

Car always started good. Parked car and would not start 15 minutes later. Battery is new, new starter, neutral safety switch, starter relay, starter switch on column. Checked fuses and fuse links.

Start your checking at the ignition switch and work you way

Yellow wire should have power with key in start position if not replace ignition switch and retest
starter relay located left shock housing
