Power Distribution Center 2002 Chrysler Voyager

I am troubleshooting a headlamp (driver's side) problem. Based on the wiring diagram I have, the fuses for the headlamp are contained within the PDC. Is the PDC serviceable, or does it have to be replaced? If it is serviceable, does anyone have any experience with opening the PDC and checking things?
