How do I replace the ignition lock in a 2003 voyager?

You need to remove the covers around the lock the under the barrel there is a little silver pin that when key is in position one it will push up and you can pull the lock out.

Removal
1.Disconnect negative battery cable.

2.Remove steering column cover retaining screws.

3.Remove parking brake release cable from handle.

4.Remove screws holding steering column shrouds and remove lower shroud.

5.Place key cylinder in RUN position. Depress lock cylinder retaining tab and remove key cylinder.

6.Remove ignition switch mounting screw with a No. 10 Torx(R) tamper proof bit.

7.Depress retaining tab and gently pry ignition switch from steering column.

8.Disconnect electrical connectors from ignition switch and remove switch.
