1993 Chrysler Grand Voyager 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic

i changed the trani on the van when i go to turn it on i happen to start to se smoke coming from under tha hood when i notice that my computer had caught on fire and shortage oput i would like to know what would cause that problem?

Check for wires pinched between the engine and transmission, pins bent over in connectors, and wire harnesses laying on metal brackets with sharp edges or on hot exhaust parts.

Which computer started on fire? Transmission? Engine?
