Why is my car stalling after removing the negative battery cable and installing a temperature sensor

make sure the temp sensor is the proper model and is installed and hooked up properly.

when the negative cable is dc'ed then the computer resets and has to relearn, so remove the cable again and check all wires, and then rehook the cable, start it and drive it, hope this helps.
