I own a 2000 Chrysler Cirrus and just today the check engine light came on (7/6/10) and at low or idle speed the car slightly shakes. The light stays solid for 5 mins then will flicker once and then repeat the process. It has no problem (as in no shaking but light is still on) above 35 mph but doesn't quite have the pick up. I was wondering if I can make the 41 mile trip to and from work? I have a mechanic looking at it right after work.
