1995 Chrysler Cirrus 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic 140tho miles

Hello, my name is John. Had a question my car's hazards blink as well with my digital odometer it makes the clicking sound inside the car, it does it sometimes and i think it kills the battery, even when im driving it does it sometimes. Any suggestions like fuses,hazard switch, or module? Thank You

It is likely the hazard switch on the steering wheel. Your gauge cluster has nothing to do with the clicking noise. That is produced by the flasher, located on the right of the steering column. You have to remove the bottom dash to see it.
