1999 Chrysler 300 help

when i start my car the service engine light comes on,still runs and drives great but the gages,like the tack temp,and speedometer quite.then you turn it off and restart and the cluster works fine untill the engine light comes back on with in a few seconds and the the dash quites againe can you please help

Hi:
take the car to a nationally recognized parts store and have them scan the computer for codes. Most will do it for free and it will help identify the problem.
