Chirping or tweeting sound

Hello, my car just started making a chirping sound. It sounds like a bird tweet. It is very random. It happens when I'm driving at all speeds, parked at a light and even after I shut the engine off. Any suggestions about what it might be? Thanks in advance.

Hello,

Does the noise change frequency as you go faster or as the engine revs higher?

So, it still makes noise after the engine is off?

Can you upload a video so we can hear the noise you are mentioning?

If it changes its frequency, it could be the serpentine belt or one of the pulleys. But it will not make noise after the engine shuts off.
