Noises problem
2005 Chevy Venture 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic

When the van is in Park there is a whining noise coming from the front. When you put it in Drive or Reverse it goes away. The whing goes up in pitch with the RPM's. Steering Fluid good. Transmission fluid good. Took it to a garage and they said no fault codes couldn't help us.

Take a look at the serpentine belt and all the pulleys.

If necessary, remove the belt and turn all the pulleys by hand. If you hear anything or feel the pulley grinding, replace it.
