2003 Chevy Venture left hand turn

When trying to make a left hand turn it is a struggle to turn the steering wheel and go in that direction. It makes a windy sound that I can hear from the inside when the air conditioning is turned off. Turning right is not a problem at this time. Just started this yesterday. What are the possible problems please. We are in ministry and need to know what our out of pocket could possibly be. Thanks ahead of time.

Hello
Good possibility that you have a rack and pinnion going bad, sometimes you can add a conditioner to the power steering fluid and it will help.
