Electrical problem
1992 Chevy Van 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic
----------------------------------------------------------------
My 1992, G20, Chevy Van just stopped running as I was sitting in neutral. The lights went out at the same time. I tried to start it again, and it turned over, but would not kick in. I have no lights, but the key buzzes and the key turns the engine and tries to start, but that's all it does. Someone mentioned an "inline" fuse? Could it be the alternator?
I'm thinking it's electrical, but just don't know exactly where to check. I have plenty of gas. I don't know much about the fuse system.
Thanks, Karen

You will ned a test light to check them. There are fusible links near the batttery.Check all fuses under the dash as well.
