2005 Chevy Truck Blower would not tuen on!!!

Air condition problem, you can hear it come
on, but air don`t blow. Notice some wires under
glove compartment loose, I move them it came on
but stop working. Looks it shorted out, smell
like burn plastic.

you are probably correct, you burned up the blower motor, you will have to remove the glove box and hopefully you have access to it I suggest you buy a manual if you are going to do the job.
