i was trying to start my truck and it started making a whining noise (only when the truck was turned off..noise stops when you turn the truck on and try to start it). my battery was dead but the green light was still on under the truck saying my battery was good. the dealship sent out a guy to jump my truck and said the actuator motor was bad or stuck on but my truck dies anytime i slow down or stop. if i keep my foot on the gas when i stop and break with my left i can keep it going. the dealship said they put it on the computer and everything came back good but that i might have a bad battery. any clues as what the deal is?
