When trying to maintain a constant speed, foot resting on accelarator, my truck has a miss that is terrible. Vehicle under a load, no miss. Have replaced plugs, wires, cap and rotor 3 times. Miss won't go away. 1996 Chevy S10 4x4 pickup, 4.3 liter v6, automatic transmission, 117,000 miles. H E L P

Well the EGR valve is ok, the knock sensor not sending code. Service engine light is on and stays on, scanner says intermitent miss fire and the miss is still there as before on original posting. It's driving me crazy.
