I have a 2003 Chevy Tahoe. It has about 70,000 miles and I don't know what engine size means. I am having trouble with my windshield wipers: they don't shut off. Ever! They turn off when the truck is off but as soon I start it, they are going again. The control is in the off position. Also, I can not change the speed - just the only one speed that they go at all the time. What could be wrong?
