I have a metal rubbing sound coming from my front driver side wheel only when I turn right and only when I am going at speeds between 10 and 30 mph and only at a turns of about 90 degrees. Any ideas? It has been driving me nuts.

Yes, no noise any time except when turnig right, I hav3 messed w/ that guard and can't see any wear on it. I have even tried moving it back and forth in different possitions but nothing worked. But yes there is no other time I have that noise and like I said I have to be going rather slow and making a sharp turn to hear it. If I go really slow it will not make it.

Tire rubbing on wheel well? Since its when turning it has to be something thats in the way and two parts bumping, try turing you wheel with front end jacked up at about the angle when it occurs, compare both sides, is any of the shields closer or anything?
