2003 Chevy Tahoe V8 Four Wheel Drive Automatic

engine runs great but over the past four months it has failed to start three times. Each time it feels like the fuel pump isn't working, but i hear it kick on, just no pressure on the line. after a day or two it starts right up.

When the problem occurs, use a gage and check fuel pressure. When Was the last time you changed the filter? If the pump runs and no output, maybe a faulty pump.

Thanks for the input. I actually changed the filter the first time it happened, i thought it must be the pump, just wanted a second opinion.
