When I start the truck it ticks (sounds like a lifter) for a few seconds then stops. I've had this vehicle serviced at the dealer. A friend told me this truck could use two differend oild filters and I needed to make sure they were using the right one. I look in the book and the filter mathces the book. Is there another oil filter I should be using.

According to my catalugue it uses an A/C Delco #PF46 be sure that you are using the correct weight of oil, this will have something to do with how fast it oils on start up
