Use a gage and check fuel pressure. How long since a tune-up? With engine cranking, test proper terminals at the fuel pump connector for voltage and ground. If you have good voltage and ground for the pump motor and no pump action, I suspect the pump. Voltage for the pump is gray wire, black is ground.
