I am getting water in cab on pass. Side floor/fire wall. It is water, And my air conditioner is not working as of now if that helps

Are you sure it is water, or is it antifreeze/coolant? If it water, it is possible that your windshield weatherstrip is leaking rain into the cabin. If it is coolant, your heater core or the hoses is/are leaking.

It is coming from your left rear fender well. GM Bulliten 03-08-57-001A. Water travels all the way up the rocker sill plate to the front carpet as well. Can patch with sealant.
