2002 Chevy Suburban Suburban doesn't like car washes

Factory Air Filter, Flex Fuel Engine

When I run my vehicle through a car wash the "check engine light" comes on. The engine runs fine for the first 3 minutes or so, then will start to run rough, then the light comes on.
I have had the codes read:
P0171, P0174 "both banks running lean".

Here is what I have done so far:
checked vacuum - normal and strong, consistent
replaced MAF, then cleaned the new MAF
replaced plug wires
replaced pcv
replaced fuel filter

The vehicle does not have any performance problems outside of the car wash.

Check for water contamination in the o2 sensor connectors and every other connector under the truck. Im thinking you will find something there, very difficult to get water under the hood
