1999 Chevy Suburban day time running lights

I just bought my sub and the daytime running lights are not on when the engine is running, or the switch is on the fuse for this is good. Could someone have some how disconnected the wires.I am in the dark on this one. Thanks.

There is a DRL relay, fuse, and module. Any of these could be the cause of them being inoperative. Also the DRL's wont work if the parking brake is applied. Might want to make sure it isnt partially applied. That would save you from future brake issues also /wink
