While driving my suburban, without any warning it stopped and would not start again. I have have checked all the fuses and all registe good. Battery is good, alternator was replaced within the last year as well as the fuel tank. Neighbor suggest hooking up to a computer to see what the problem is, just taking a chance here before towing it again to a mechanic, would like to trouble shoot as much on my own as possible.

did you check to see if it was getting fuel or spark. I have see alot of distrubitor caps and rotors be so full of corrision cause a no start. You can check that before you have it towed
