1997 Chevy Suburban leeking flued and it is hurd to turn

I dont know anything about car since I dont have the money to get my 1997 Chevrolet Suburban fix im thinken with ur help I can fix it. It is leeking flued at the front on the driver side and it makes noise

If it's leaking fluid and is hard to steer that is a sign of power steering failure. Most likely the power steering pump has failed but an inspection of the full power steering system will be needed to pinpoint culprit.
