2005 Chevy Silverado replacing interior

I purchased a recovered theft/abandonment truck whose interior was ruined with moisture. The roof liner, dashboard and door panels are ok but the back panel, floor liner, all seats (ext. cab) and center console are gone. I would like to tackle this myself and I could use all the guidance I can get. It has been very difficult even to acquire used parts from a credible source. Any help would be appreciated.
