2005 Chevy Silverado my truck shakes

at between 45 and 55 miles per hour my truck shakes what could be the cause of this?

It could be a few things. Have you had the tires balanced? Have you checked tires for uneven wear? Have you checked tires for shifted belts? Could you have a bent rim?

Also, check universal joints to make sure they are tight and not a problem.

There are other things too, but let me know what you find with the things I listed and we'll move on from there. Also, where do you feel the vibration the most, in the steering or the seat / floor?
