Little to no heat coming into CAB?

I have little to no heat coming into cab of truck. I replaced the thermostat still same problem. Any recommendations would be helpful. One thing I will say is when I have it on low Some heat does come out. But when I put control on high the heat is replaced by cold air.

Could be a clogged-up heater hose or heater core-this 2 checks out, start checking the air mix and blend door could be a problem with an actuator or vacuum.

To me it sounds like the temperature blend door actuator needs to be replaced, here is a guide to help fix the problem and I have included how to change the part out in the images below.
