What's it cost to replace a fuel pump with a GM fuel pump? Where to I go to get it?

A GM pump will come from a dealer. As far as the part, if it is OEM, expect the cost to be aroung 300.00. Aftermarket ones are about half the cost.

Thanks for your help! I found it much easier to remove the bed of the truck, as opposed to dropping the fuel tank. Took about 1 hour.

I couldn't agree more. It is easier to remove the bed, but when I suggest that, most people think I'm crazy.

Did it take care of the problem?

Yes and No! HA! I bought the Aftermarket option b/c it was 150 bucks cheaper. About 3 months later, I began having problems starting it after it had warmed up. Every morning, it starts without any issue. Then 4-8 hours later, it takes about 15 seconds before the engine actually turns over. Once running, it doesn't give any problems. I am looking into Fuel Pressure Regulator and a few other issues. I did purchase a fuel pressure gauge, and my readings are within specs. I will repost if/when I resolve the issue! Thank You again!
