GOT WATER IN FUEL TANKS WOULD NOT START, CHANGE FUEL FILTER & PLUGS STARTED AND GOT HOME. WOULD NOT START. PUMPED OUT TANKS & CHANGED FUEL AGAIN & PLUGS STILL WILL NOT START

Does it have fuel pressure? If so how much. Will it fire up if you spray carb cleaner in the throttle bore? If you have pressure, ou should take a fuel sample at the engine to see what it looks like

YES, PSI IS ABOUT 65, NO WHEN SPRAY WITH CARB CLEANER

How about spark? Those had problems with crank angle sensors, which would cause a loss of spark

Thats odd, if it has spark, it should start with carb spray sprayed into it. May want to try that again. Check all fuses with a test light too.

No, codes wont keep it from running. If it has spark out of the coil, be sure it has it at the plugs.
