Steering problem
1994 Chevy Silverado 450000 miles
MY IGNITION IS STUCK IN THE ON POSITION. DO I HAVE TO REMOVE THE STEERING WHEEL TO REPLACE THE IGNITION? IS THERE ANOTHER TRICK I CAN USE TO GET IT TO TURN BACK?

You can try to lubericate the tumbler with something like WD 40. IF that doesn't work, chances are you will need to replace the tumbler which requires you to remove the steering wheel and part of the column.
