Truck wont stay running unless you pump the throttle and keep RPM's up. 60 psi at all times.

Truck starts and runs good for 4 sec then shuts off like out of gas.60 pounds at all times. Dump gas in it will stay runing

Does the theft light come on when you turn the key to run? It should come on then go out. Does it? Have you checked fuel injector pulse?

Sounds like a stuck open egr valve or a severe vacuum leak. These trucks are notorious for a piece of carbon holding the egr valve open causing this exact symptom.
