2002 Chevy S-10 diff oil

Is there a drain plug on the rear axle or do I have to remove pan cover and refit with new gasket? Where is filler plug located and what is the best oil to use shoud I use an additive also? Thank you

My info says to use 80W90 gear oil in the rear. I'd have to look for drain plug? where applicable, in the picture.
