Check for corrosion at the positive battery cable. Acid leaks from the terminal and gets into the copper strands. Once the corrosion is in the copper the cable gets worse with time. A voltage drop check may help to verify if nothing is seen.
Just to verify your statement:
"clicking sound at the starter relay in the fuse box but thats all". This is never a slow or long crank condition I assume?
Try tapping on the starter while someone holds the key on start. Sometimes this can flush out a bad starter.
