1998 Chevy S-10 Chevy shakes when wheel is turned all the w

When I turn the wheel all the way my truck makes a weird sound and the truck starts to shake. This only happens when the wheel is turn all the way to the left or right and I start moving. What can be the problem? How can I fix it?

Could have a fualty pressure switch on the power steering lines, but the vehicle will make a loud whining sound when the wheel is turned as it is trying to turn the wheel and the limit is reached.
