Truck will not start when cold, starting fluid and it starts. Runs fine after that and will restart until next morning. Fuel pressure good and stable. Fuel pressure 55 drops 10 psi during starting

When it's hard to start try to to cycle the key off and on several times before starting. If it then takes off right away, I find that is usually the fuel pressure regulator.
