VERY VERY carefully. There is either a large c-clip or a locking cam. The c-clip just needs to be pryed out like any other c-clip. The locking cam turns like a large nut. There are tabs on the cam that you turn--taping them with a block of wood is the best way to turn these cams. Wood will not make any sparks. Do not tap these cams with anything metal. Spraying some wd-40 on these cams helps.
