Drain coolant remove hoses then under pass. Side find cover remove screws then core retainer and core.

HEATER CORE REPLACEMENT

REMOVE OR DISCONNECT
1.Coolant from the radiator.
2.Inlet and Outlet Hoses. Refer to "Heater Hose Replacement".
*Plug or cap the hoses to prevent spillage
3.Rear cover and screws.
4.Brackets.
5.Core.

INSTALL OR CONNECT
1.Core.
2.Brackets.
3.Rear cover and screws. TIGHTEN
*Screws to 3 Nm (27 in. lbs.).
4.Inlet and Outlet Hoses. Refer to "Heater Hose Replacement".
5.Coolant to the radiator.
